Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IndieSheet, a directory for discovering and submitting independent products. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Using IndieSheet
Use the service lawfully and provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access another person’s account, submit malicious material, or misuse the review process.
Product submissions
You may submit a product only if you own it or are authorized to submit it. You retain ownership of the content you provide. By submitting it, you grant IndieSheet a non-exclusive license to host, review, format, and display the submitted information and related public product materials as part of the directory.
Submitting a product also subscribes your account email to occasional IndieSheet maker updates, product news, improvements, and offers, as disclosed next to the submission button. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time without affecting your submission or listing.
Submission does not guarantee publication. IndieSheet may request changes, decline a submission, or remove a listing when it no longer meets the directory’s standards.
Content standards
Do not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, invasive of privacy, or harmful. You are responsible for the URLs and information you submit.
Third-party products and links
Listings link to independent third-party websites. IndieSheet does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, products, pricing, or policies.
Service availability
We work to keep IndieSheet useful and available, but the service is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free. We may change or discontinue parts of the service as it develops.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use of IndieSheet after an update means you accept the revised terms.
