What to include

• A launch or listing: the product name and its IndieSheet page link, such as indiesheet.com/tool/your-product, plus what you would like changed.
• A badge that is not being detected: the exact page on your site where you added the badge.
• A payment or refund: the email address you paid with and the date of the payment.
• A declined submission: the product URL. Automated screening sometimes flags genuine products, and a person will take another look.
• Privacy or account data: the email address on your account and what you would like accessed, corrected or deleted. See the privacy policy.

Before you write

Many questions are answered on the pricing page and in the listing guidelines. If you are a maker, your launch dashboard shows the status of every submission and the badge code for each one.
